The Right Phones Can Sell Houses

I was buying an investment property a couple of years ago and I still remember my hesitation during the process after getting my first email from my Realtor’s personal “@aol.com” email address.  However, now several years later I have come to realize that this is quite common in the real estate field.  The industry is all about business relationships and less about formalities. I found myself “texting” the offers between myself and my Realtor which is a conversation that I would much rather had on the phone or at least over email in order to have a paper trail.

From an employer’s perspective this feature is absolutely crucial as well.  The real estate firm merely has to provide the business phone number on their business cards and the agents can tie their cell phones in with the use of their communications portal. If an employee leaves the firm, those inbound business calls stay with the company because the customer never utilized their personal cell phone number in the first place.
