Eric P. Hyman is EarthLink’s Sr. Content Manager, helping guide their content marketing efforts. He’s held similar positions with startups in the cloud and social intelligence space, and has deep experience in marketing strategy, having worked for many years in global ad agencies such as JWT. And with technology clients including Level 3, CDW, UUNET, ADTRAN, Blue Coat, Internet Security Systems, BMC, Manhattan Associates, and Texas Instruments. He’s a graduate of Ithaca College with a degree in Communications Management, and is one of two Eric Hymans at EarthLink (what are the odds of that!), hence the middle initial “P.”
Christopher has been with Earthlink since November 2012, in the Telecom space since 1996, and began working in communications in the Air Force in 1990. He lives in Rochester, NY with his wife and 2 children.
Dan O’Callaghan is a Solutions Guide at Toronto-based Telax. Like the entire team at Telax, Dan understands no two clients are identical and therefore involves himself in all aspects of the implementation from start to finish. In partnership with EarthLink, his commitment to help clients goes beyond just the technology and by providing them with on-going training and sharing best practices. Dan is a big fan of all sports Toronto (where Telax is based), and has some nationally published photography work.
Greg Griffiths is the Vice President of Marketing for EarthLink, where he’s responsible for driving the company’s go to market initiatives for the mid-market / enterprise business unit. Prior to EarthLink, Greg was VP of Marketing for New Edge Networks, a leader in IP-based WAN network services acquired by EarthLink in 2006. At New Edge, Greg led the company’s retail industry strategic focus, and had overall responsibility for all aspects of marketing including branding, communications, demand generation, and channel strategy. Prior to that, Griffiths held executive positions with Eschelon Telecom and Enhanced Telemanagement. Griffiths is a graduate of Washington State University with a degree in marketing and has served as an adjunct instructor.
Jay Ferro is EarthLink’s EVP, Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining the company in 2016, Jay held similar positions leading transformational IT efforts with the American Cancer Society, AdCare Health Systems, a health care facility management company, and AIG Aerospace, the aerospace insurance unit of American International Group (AIG). Prior to that, he served as CFO for Operations and Systems for AIG Aerospace. Jay has a BA from The University of Georgia and an MBA from the University’s Terry College of Business and is involved in a wide variety of charitable and community service organizations.
Keith is EarthLink’s Senior Product Manager, Hosted Voice and Hosted Contact Center Services. His focus is on bringing technology solutions to market that help businesses better serve their internal and external customers while becoming more operationally efficient. He has a deep history in the voice/UC space working with companies including Panasonic USA, AT&T, NTT America, Level 3, Global Crossing, and Verizon. He’s a graduate of Lynchburg College with a BA in business administration.
Kevin serves as Senior Product Marketing Manager for EarthLink, supporting IT Services, MPLS, and Voice Services. Kevin is responsible for launching new services and developing campaigns and offers promoting them. Kevin manages the Industry Insights campaigns delivering whitepapers and webinar on topics of interest to customers and prospects. He brings nearly 30 years of marketing experience including 13 in telecommunications B2B product marketing. At Global Crossing Kevin served in multiple marketing positions and launched the world’s first global MPLS and VoIP services. He has an MBA in Marketing from the University of Iowa, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue.
Kris, an 8-year EarthLink veteran, is a Professional Services Consultant who conducts corporate security assessments, develops business continuity and disaster recovery plans, and builds security awareness within organizations nationwide and their supported operations offshore. His multi-industry IT security experience spans public utilities, retail and commercial banking, healthcare, higher education, state and local governments, and IT technology services.
He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Indiana, PA with a BS in Computer Science. He also holds both the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) credentials.
Michael Miller is passionate about technology. He works in the Office of the CTO at EarthLink, responsible for researching and evaluating new technology trends that will shape the future of business and communications. He has 20+ years of experience in IT, security, and operations. Prior to EarthLink, Michael was CMO at Renesys Corp., an Internet Intelligence company, responsible for strategy and new product development. He’s also held multiple executive level positions at Global Crossing, including eight years as Head of Global Security (responsible for protecting their global network, systems, assets, and resources). He also led their IT Operations team, developing their infrastructure strategy, consolidating operations, driving operational efficiency, and improving operating costs. Michael is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), he has Master's certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, and a Bachelors' in Accounting from St. John Fisher College.
Mike Frane serves as EarthLink’s Director of Product Management, with responsibility for a broad portfolio of network products/services. Since joining the company in 2008, he’s overseen the launch and lifecycle of products including 3G/4G/LTE cellular wireless, Ethernet and MPLS IPsec access elements, Secure WiFi, Application Performance Optimization (APO) and IPsec VPN. He and his team are currently working to develop the next generation of software defined wide area networking (SD-WAN) products. Mike has a BS in Genetics and Cellular Biology from the University of Minnesota and was involved in gene therapy research at the Institute of Human Genetics before entering the telecommunications industry as a business analyst for an investment firm based in the Pacific Northwest.
Randy Landers is the Director of Principal Solution Architects for EarthLink. He joined the company in 2003, bringing nearly 20 years of sales, marketing and operations experience across the communications and IT space. He has broad experience working with, building and implementing solutions for retailers, restaurants, and other multi-location businesses. And deep expertise helping them leverage network technology to drive innovation and growth. Randy is graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University and is based out of our office in Irving, TX.

Before joining EarthLink, Sadhana was Vice President of Marketing for Liquid Computing, a data center vendor recognized by Gartner as Visionary in their Magic Quadrant for Blade Servers. Prior to this, Sadhana held senior level product and marketing roles at Gartner, Yahoo and Intel as well as startups Online Anywhere and Kavado. She has an MBA and Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Vermont.
Scott has over 21 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He currently serves as Director of Product Management, Voice and UC Services for EarthLink Business; he is responsible for management of growth and lifecycle products which span from Hosted Voice solutions to basic telephony services to mobile. Prior to its acquisition by EarthLink, Mr. Yelton was Director of Product Development and Strategy for Deltacom. Earlier in his career, Mr. Yelton led the Sales Engineering team for Deltacom and served in sales and sales management roles for Sprint and BTI Communications.
